How can I see more pictures or get more information about a piece of original art?
Simply send me an email and include which piece you are interested in and what you would like to know.
What is your return policy on original art?
All sales are final unless item is received damaged.
If your item is damaged, please let us know right away. You may return damaged items within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement for the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We really hope this does not happen, but if the item you ordered is damaged when you receive it, please take the following steps: 1) Take a digital photo of the item showing the damage and one of the shipping container it arrived in. 2) Attach those photos to an email and send me an email. In the email, please include your order number and a description of the damage. We will take a look ... probably cry a little ... and then your request will be processed within 7 days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production and next steps for returning the damaged item. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box. Please remember, this is original art made by hand and heart, so replacements will not be identical.
How will my original art purchase be packed?
Original art is packed in a box especially designed for shipping fine art. Cool! It is heavy duty cardboard and lined in foam. The art itself will be wrapped in glassine paper and archival tissue paper. If you prefer a different method of packing, please send me an email to make other arrangements.
How long will it take to receive my original art purchase?
We carefully pack the original art and then ship via UPS Ground. All of which takes 7 to 10 days (be mindful that COVID delays may apply).
What if I want to receive my purchase faster or have it shipped by different means?
If you want to receive it faster than ground or through a different carrier, please send me an email.
